Allan Towing
Ash, the owner of Allan Towing, brought to our attention that the truck is a 4 x 4 to allow him to work in the snow and ice in the Chicagoland area. The truck went into service in 2014. As you can see, the truck has no fenders, just mud flaps, and is fitted with aggressive tires for working in the snow and ice. Even without fenders, there is no sign of rock chip induced corrosion on the body’s underside.
There is no sign of stone chipping anywhere on the body.
Ash sold the truck to 1st Choice Towing in South Bend, Indiana. Steve, the owner, said the only reason he purchased the truck was that for its age, it had no corrosion on the underside of the body.
Steve liked that it had been protected with the CORSOL® corrosion solutions and, for that reason, was willing to pay more.
